Clackamas Lane Marion Polk	FI Services RCO got its beginning as a Fiscal Intermediary (FI) Service. An FI assists an employer in paying their employee(s) according to applicable laws. This includes ensuring taxes are withheld and reported as required. FI services are provided only to employers of "Domestic Employees". A Domestic Employee is defined as "an employee who works in or about the house." RCO provides this service to all Support Service Brokerage customers who hire employees and also contracts with County Developmental Disability Programs (CDDPs) to assist individuals from other services. To the left, you will find links to forms specific to each of the CDDPs that RCO contracts with. Please do not use these forms without having spoken to your Service Coordinator first.

FI Services
