Who do we serve?

RCO serves customers who are adults (18 years of age or older) diagnosed with a developmental disability who live on their own, with family or friends, or in a non-state funded 24 hour living arrangement.

Our customers are individuals with development disabilities. Support Services is a self-directed and person-centered service system. While all of our customers have a wide range of strengths, gifts and capacities as well as needs, all that we do is designed to help our customers live fulfilling and productive lives in their communities.

If you are not currently connected with you local developmental disability program and believe you should be, this is what you need to do:

Step1: Contact your local County Developmental Disabilities Program (CDDP) and apply for services for people with Developemental Disabilities.

Step2: Work with the CDDP to determine if you qualify for services.

Step3: If eligible for services, you will be added to the enrollment list for Support Services.

Step4: Keep the CDDP informed of any changes in your address or phone number.

Step5: The CDDP will refer you to a Brokerage when you reach the top of the list.
